Terms for purchases processed by Paddle.

These Buyer Terms govern transactions completed for adIntels through Paddle, our Merchant of Record, and are intended to align with Paddle Buyer Terms and related policies.

1. Agreement and scope

These terms form an agreement between you and Adintels for purchases processed through Paddle. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for Adintels products, meaning you purchase from Paddle and receive the product from Adintels under these terms and applicable product terms.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the services and product in compliance with applicable law. You may not misuse, copy, reverse engineer, decompile, attempt unauthorized access, or otherwise exploit the services or materials in violation of these terms or third-party rights.

3. Payment

When you complete a paid transaction, Paddle charges your selected payment method for applicable charges and taxes. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and maintaining a valid payment method.

If payment authorization fails, the transaction or renewal may be canceled. If product delivery fails due to a confirmed technical issue, replacement or refund rights apply as described in the refund terms.

4. Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You authorize recurring charges to your payment method for each renewal period. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

If a free trial is offered, you must cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges. We may notify you of renewal terms or price changes where required by law.

5. Chargebacks

Before filing a chargeback or payment dispute, contact Paddle or adIntels support first for faster resolution. If a chargeback appears fraudulent or abusive, product access may be suspended while the dispute is reviewed.

6. Cancellations, withdrawals, and refunds

Subscription cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund and statutory withdrawal rights are governed by our Refund Policy, which is aligned to Paddle requirements and applicable consumer law.

7. Tax refunds

Where applicable, eligible business buyers may request sales-tax refunds by providing valid tax documentation within the required period under local law and Paddle tax handling rules.

8. Intellectual property

The services, website, and related materials are owned by adIntels, Paddle, or their licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

9. Privacy

Personal data is processed as described in this website's Privacy Policy. Paddle also processes payment and transaction data as Merchant of Record under Paddle privacy terms.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms take effect on the stated date. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance of the revised terms, subject to mandatory local consumer protections.

11. Liability and disclaimers

Nothing in these terms limits liability where prohibited by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, services are provided "as is" and "as available", and liability for indirect or consequential loss is excluded.

12. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for material or repeated breach, suspected fraud, unlawful activity, or security risk. Any accrued payment obligations remain due.

13. Governing law and disputes

Unless mandatory local law states otherwise, disputes are governed by applicable laws and forum rules connected to Paddle's transaction terms and your place of purchase.

14. Country-specific rights

Consumers in certain countries may have additional statutory rights, including withdrawal rights. Where local law grants stronger protection, those rights apply.
