Refund Policy

Refund terms aligned with Paddle policy.

This policy explains cancellation, withdrawal, and refund rights for purchases of adIntels products processed by Paddle.

1. Refund policy

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the transaction date.

2. How to request a refund

Use Paddle buyer support at paddle.net or contact hello@adintels.com with your account email, transaction date, and request details.

3. Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

4. Requests after 14 days

Requests submitted more than 14 calendar days after the transaction date are not eligible under this policy.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact Paddle or adIntels before filing a chargeback. Raising chargebacks may lead to temporary product-access suspension while payment disputes are reviewed.

6. Legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights. If mandatory local law grants stronger rights, those rights apply.
